A few useful things to know.
What is included in the price?
The menu selection shown, plates, napkins and cutlery. Free delivery and set-up are included in Washington. Hot options cost an additional £3.50 per person, per option.
How many people can I order for?
Each menu requires a minimum of 20 people. For a mix of adult and kids menus, ask Clare how the minimum applies to your order.
What about allergies and dietary requirements?
Tell Clare about allergies and dietary requirements before placing an order. Ask about ingredients, allergens and whether any suitable alternatives are available. Please do not assume a dish is allergen-free or suitable for a particular diet from its name alone.
Can I choose fillings or change an item?
Ask Clare about sandwich fillings, the Indian / Chinese selection, pizza choices, cake choices and any swaps you would like. Confirm the agreed selection and price before booking.
When is payment due?
Full payment is required one week before your booking. The supplied menus state that deposits are non-refundable. Ask Clare to confirm the deposit amount and the cancellation or date-change terms before paying. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
How far ahead should I book?
Contact Clare with your preferred date to check availability and the notice needed. Confirm when final guest numbers are required, delivery timing and any serving or equipment arrangements.
